Courtney Good

Senior Consultant

Courtney Good is a creative, strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience helping nonprofits increase their impact through systems implementation and optimization. Her work spans arts and culture, libraries, philanthropy, education, and human services. She pairs collaborative, relationship-building skills with deep systems, data, and operational expertise to turn big ideas into concrete realities.

Courtney began her nonprofit career at the Madison Public Library Foundation, where she selected and implemented an event management system. At the Burke Museum, she directed multiple visitor-facing programs and led the selection and implementation of an enterprise system of Salesforce-based apps. It consolidated fundraising, membership, ticketing, tours, camps, and program registrations into a holistic view of constituents, increasing efficiency and supporting data-driven decisions, including predictive models that helped guide the museum through the COVID-19 pandemic.

That experience inspired her to bring her expertise to the technology side of the sector. At Exponent Partners she served as the Interim PMO Manager and Market Director for Philanthropy, Education, and Innovation, advising nonprofit clients from the very start of their Salesforce journey. Having driven implementations as both customer and consultant, she understands the needs of internal and external stakeholders as they adopt new tools.
